Empowering our patients begins by listening to and understanding their individual concerns and their unique challenges.

R: Respect: We value respect in all it’s forms towards those that are in our care, to each other and to the wider community. We respect that every person faces unique challenges in their lives and that as individuals we experience, understand and process the world differently. This means that each treatment, no matter the diagnosis, needs to be individualized to our patient’s specific needs, motivations, and mobility levels.

G: Growth: First and foremost we will always strive for the growth of our patients: in particular their growth towards improved capacity, mobility, progress towards their goals and improved understanding and knowledge of their bodies and condition. We will strive for constant personal and professional growth. We will make sure we are up to date on best evidence based practice, new and evolving treatment techniques and constantly improving our understanding and execution of existing treatment methods and clinical reasoning. It is important to us that when looking for outcomes we focus on those that are measurable and represent meaningful change for our patients.
